Laurie has always been a writer. From handwritten accounts of Mets baseball games as a child, to fanfiction stories of favorite television programs, and freelance news & magazine writing, she eventually became an award-winning playwright in the family-friendly market. Making the audience laugh, cry, and think is a powerful responsibility. Fully committed now to storytelling through screenwriting, Laurie is excited to share her work with producers and audiences.
